KLA blows up UN car in Kosovo

It seems that the KLA are tired of playing politics and are back in action. Although its former leader is currently playing the role of a statesman, the terrorist group seems to be growing restless and has been carrying out various minor attacks on the UN forces. They are beginning to turn against the very people that enabled them to annex Kosovo in the first place. In the latest attack a UN vehicle was blown up.

I just read this comment from Slobodan Milosevic

"The loss of national identity is the greatest defeat a nation can know, and it is inevitable under the contemporary form of colonization."
- Slobodan Milosevic

Yes I believe that was from his legendary speech at Kosovo polje (where the Battle of Kosovo was fought in 1389 between the Serbian army and the Ottoman army). That speech was widely denounced as the point at which the rasist campaign was launched against Kosovo Albanians. The now deceased Robin Cook claimed:
Milosevic used this important anniversary not to give a message of hope and reform. Instead, he threatened force to deal with Yugoslavia's internal political difficulties. Doing so thereby launched his personal agenda of power and ethnic hatred under the cloak of nationalism. All the peoples of the region have suffered grievously ever since.

One can read the full text here:

There is some interesting analysis by a man who was formerly duped by the media lies, but uncovered them. He subsequently lost his job when his employer, the University of Pennsylvania, became unhappy with his investigative work. sachttp://www.hirhome.com/yugo/milospeech.htm
Personally I think the speech was so reasonable by the standards of the society that we live in today, that I found some of it objectionable precisely because it was too accommodating to modern western standards.
Check out the part where he says:
Serbia has never had only Serbs living in it. Today, more than in the past, members of other peoples and nationalities also live in it. This is not a disadvantage for Serbia. I am truly convinced that it is its advantage. National composition of almost all countries in the world today, particularly developed ones, has also been changing in this direction. Citizens of different nationalities, religions, and races have been living together more and more frequently and more and more successfully.
Amazing to believe that they portrayed this speech as the official launch of a genocide. It really speaks volumes about the medias dishonesty.

I wonder what would happen if we Serbs were to start a seperatist canpaign of our own in Bosnia. Enen if Serbia didn't get involved, and let the Bosnian Serbs fight on their own, I wonder if Serbia would still be held responsible. Simply to sanction and weaken the strongest Serb land.
